We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer (CPO) to join us in our central London office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced EA/PA to work in a fast paced international environment, in an organisation undergoing an exciting period of change and organisational development.
In this busy role you will manage the diary of the CPO and other Directors, working closely with them to anticipate requirements and provide proactive support; whilst building strong and positive relationships with all stakeholders. You'll plan and arrange regular international business travel, manage the logistics and follow up for meetings initiated by the CPO and Directors, and undertake project work as directed.
To be successful in this role you will bring a proven track record of successfully supporting multiple stakeholders, and a proven ability to manage diaries; to think ahead and juggle competing demands. You'll have a high level of proficiency with MS Office, particularly in regards to Power Point and Outlook and strong attention to detail.
On a personal level you'll have strong interpersonal and communication skills, cultural awareness and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
