VIP CASINO HOST
High-end customer service is at the heart of this job role as you’ll be the person that delivers an outstanding experience for VIP customers. We’ll be looking for you to drive customer visitation whilst identifying and growing new business. This is not your normal 9-5 job; you’ll develop strong relationships with a variety of different types of VIP’s, always at hand to meet their requests to help drive and retain visitation. You’ll be tasked with making sure we get outstanding VIP attendance at special events and you will be regularly working with our marketing team and Venue Director. This is a senior role and as such there will be pressure for you to deliver.
What we look for…
We usually look for some experience in working for a casino/hotel or in another customer service capacity. You’ll be sales driven and get a kick out of making your targets and we look for evidence that you’ve worked in this type of environment before.
You’ll be confident in dealing with all types of different people, be adept with dealing with difficult customers in a skilled way and you’ll have a good level of resilience. Verbal communication skills should be second-to-none, people will enjoy your company and you’ll have the verbal skills and confidence to interact with all kinds of different people.
