We are seeking a Foundation Programme Administrator to work as part of the Medical Education team, responsible for the day to day running of the Medical Education office within the Training & Development & Workforce team.

The main duties include:

  • Organising and running the monthly doctors induction process
  • Contributing to the development of education within UHS for Foundation and Fellow Doctors.
  • Day to day administration of the Medical Education office
  • Support Training & Development in an administrative and secretarial capacity.
You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to complete multiple tasks within specified timescales and that you have:
  • Excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise own workload and work with the minimum of supervision.
  • Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills with a customer focussed approach that enable you to work comfortably with colleagues at all levels within the Trust and our partner organisations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work accurately and with attention to detail at all times.

Getting to Work

Application can be made for parking on site at UHS or through one of the park and ride schemes.
