The Role – 6 Months Fixed Term Contract
Joining our Manufacturer & Dealer Services Team, you’ll help to support and build good relationships with our dealers and introducers. That will include ensuring the smooth daily flow of work within internal and external teams, completing documentation and answering queries, all to ensure customers enjoy the highest possible levels of service.
Along with a good standard of education, you’ll ideally have some experience gained in an administrative or customer facing role. However, more important are good communication and organisation skills, the ability to juggle competing priorities to meet deadlines, and a team approach. You’ll also be committed to quality and compliance and have a passion for excellent customer service.
