The Bread Factory is an artisan bakery based in North West London looking to recruit an aspiring accountant of the future, with an AAT level 3 Apprenticeship available.
Detailed Job Description
To work as an accounts assistant covering areas within Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit control, Payroll and Treasury.
The role will include, but not limited to:
- Processing invoices and payments
- Reconciling petty cash
- Reconciling bank transactions
- Telephoning customer to chase for debt
- Reconciling shop takings from shop records to the bank for our retail stores
Requirements and Prospects Qualifications Required
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C grades including Maths and English
A-Levels A-C grade preferred
- English – written and spoken
- Computer literate
- Interest in business and accountancy world
- Attention to detail
- Hard working
- Good communication
- Team player – always willing to help the team
- Ability to work to deadlines
To become a qualified Accountancy Apprentice and the opportunity to grow within The Bread Factory Finance team.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00 - 45 hours per week
Hourly Apprentice Rate of Pay £3.50 per hour
