An opportunity has arisen at Cwmcarn Forest Visitor Centre for a permanent, part time (Weekends) Visitor Centre Assistant position.
Cwmcarn Forest wish to maintain the highest level of customer service creating an excellent experience for all visitors.
The applicant will be responsible for all front of house service at the main reception and are the first people to meet and greet the visitors and guests at Cwmcarn providing friendly, courteous and professional service to the public, ensuring that the centre presents a good first impression to the visitors.
Customer service experience is essential as the role involves daily face-to-face contact with the public. We will be looking to recruit a welsh speaker into this position.
