– Activity, Media and Design - Grocery eCommerce
The Grocery eCommerce team are part of one of the fastest growing areas of the business, turning over £1.2 billion in sales and consisting of a team of 52 passionate, like minded individuals, working together to maximise online sales and conversion.
As Digital Campaigns Assistant you will process and deliver digital media campaigns for Trading and supplier funded activity across several platforms. Working collaboratively with both key stakeholders in the business and Agency Partners, you will improve the online proposition for our customers.
The Ins and Outs
Reporting into the Digital Campaigns Manager, you will co-ordinate the creation & implementation of funded media placements across platforms through various stakeholders ensuring they are delivered to a high quality, have a good customer journey and meet company guidelines. You will:
Provide key contacts with the necessary information to enable the creation, development and publication of media assets
Be the gatekeeper in ensuring funded media that lands on the site is fit for purpose, relevant for the customer and accurate
Process bookings and briefs of all supplier funded activity across media types
Quality checking all assets received and sent out for the correct information and usability within ASDA best practice guidelines
Work to the process frameworks provided and look for workable solutions to benefit the team where possible
Resolve issues quickly, effectively with minimal customer disruption and communicates to whoever necessary
Screenshot all GHS(Grocery Home Shopping) media and feedback to key contacts regarding their campaigns
Ensure that all key promotional activity is delivered on the site – on time, accurately and on brand
Set up and publish all funded content within CMS What you’ll need
Ideally you will have experience of campaign management where you have worked collaboratively with a number of stakeholders. You will also need to competent on Excel. You will possess:
Ability to manage build relationships with key stakeholder at all levels
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of Excel
Willing and adaptable to new computer systems
Interest in eCommerce/Online Marketing
