This role is a hugely rewarding, seasonal position and can be a stepping stone to one of our more advanced, permanent roles. You will be responsible for one of our 'tribes' of 10-15 children at one of our camps, ensuring that our high level of pastoral care is maintained and safeguarding their Health and Safety throughout their trip with us. You will be looking after your tribe through the many activities they will be doing during their stay with us, giving the children that attend a positive memory that will last them for the rest of their lives. Activities range from wild swimming, archery and target sports to traditional bushcraft skills like fire lighting and shelter building.
