Job Description

Customer Service Consultant

As a Customer Service Consultant you’ll be responsible for offering a consistent level of customer service to Wow our customers. You’ll do this by building a strong rapport with our customers and highlighting the benefits of our products and services.

You’ll process transactions and balance both monies and stock with a high degree of accuracy and compliance to our branch standards. You’ll also generate high quality sales opportunities by generating customer referrals and appointments as appropriate.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have passion and enthusiasm to wow your customers and be able to hold friendly, informed conversations about our products. You will need to demonstrate an excellent knowledge across our whole range of products and keep yourself updated with any product changes, including those offered by our competitors.

Contract Length : 6 Months, Specific Event
Hours: 23hours

Salary: £17,818.80 per annum rising to £21,980 pro rata for part time, based on a 35 hour working week (subject to satisfactory performance).

Closing date: 27th September 2017

Work Location : Office Based

Assessment: If you are selected to attend an assessment for this role you will be required to complete an interview, customer scenario exercise and a floor walking exercise.
