Teaching Partnership Manager Jobs Vacancy at Lancashire County Council Jobs Details:
The post is funded by the Department for Education and will coordinate the work of the Greater Lancashire Partnership. The successful applicant will report to the Chair of the Strategic Steering Group and work closely with colleagues across the partnership, including the three local authority Principal Social Workers, the partnership Practice Development Workers, practice learning teams and service user and carer sub groups and the universities to take forward new approaches to practice and learning.
You will have the responsibility for creating a sustainable learning culture for social work practice across Children and Adult Services and the universities. The delivery of key projects will focus on:
- Ensuring delivery of the project
- Support the partnership organisations with changing the way they work, including, changes in processes, procedures, practice and culture
- Manage the delivery of the key benefits from the project
- Represent the needs of the partnership at local and national level
- Improving the quality of social work education across the partnership
