We are now setting up the global team to execute the TT programme, with the Global Head of Trade Transformation being appointed recently. This is a unique opportunity to join a ‘Business Transformation Execution team’ in an initiation phase and help set up the team that will deliver on one of the biggest investment projects of the Group.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of SME Business Financial Crime Risk Management

Qualifications

The SME Business Financial Crime Risk Management role provides risk stewardship & leadership from a Business Financial Crime Risk Management perspective with dedicated, forward thinking and strategic, ad-hoc and management support. This will include identifying the likely risks presented by transformation outcomes leading or owing to financial crime controls in respect of the TT project, directly supporting the Head of Business Financal Crime Risk.

In this role, you will: :
  • Lead in forums and committees to represent the view of Business Financial Crime Risk and diretcly represnet the function.
  • An analytical risk assessment that would likely consider impact on existing risk and new risks that might be envisaged.
  • Inform the requirements from a Financial Crime Risk perspective at the front end of the programme and design.
  • Provide risk steward engagement to produce challenge, validation and oversight
  • Highlight the finaincal crime dimensions.
  • Provide direction at a senior level regarding the importance of existing and future finaincal crime risks.
  • Consideration of financial crime risk management standards and design requirements to ensure they are commensurate with the representation from Product, Services and Technology.

The base location for this role is London 8 Canada Square
