Quality Governance Manager Jobs Vacancy at London Ambulance Service Nhs Trust London Jobs Details:

We are looking to recruit a Quality, Governance Manager reporting to the Head of Quality Governance and Assurance leading on risk within the Quality Governance portfolio. The post holder will:

Have line management responsibilities with the team, ensuring the business partner model works effectively within the designated operational portfolio

Work closely with key stakeholders within the organisation such as the Emergency Operations Centres, Operational sector teams, Risk Management and Audit and Legal Services teams to name a few.

Support the directorate in developing and implementing the Quality Strategy, ensuring key quality issues within their portfolio are highlighted and proactively managed as part of the quality improvement cycle.

Manage governance processes to ensure the Trust manages serious incidents within national guidelines and to co-ordinate serious incident activity, including investigations and reporting.

Provide advice on incident and risk management and compliance including the use of the Risk Register

This is an important role and demands excellent communication skills as well as the ability to evaluate and provide feedback in an objective and constructive manner, sometimes in difficult and challenging circumstances.

As a highly motivated individual, you will be managing stakeholder’s expectations by maintaining consistent robust quality and governance processes to support the improvement of service provisions. You will have experience of devising and managing change programmes with the ability to create a clear vision and translating strategies into operational plans. You will have experience working within a quality and risk environment and in managing Serious Incidents effectively. You must be able to analyse information and use this effectively to support change and the strategic direction of the Trust.
