We’re seeking a strategically focussed, highly motivated Conversion Marketing Assistant who wants to work within the challenging yet rewarding environment of Brands and Marketing, working on a unique portfolio of brands which includes such household names as Lloyds Bank, Bank of Scotland and Halifax.
Based out of our London Conversion and Business Planning Team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery engaging marketing campaigns. Working closely with our creative agencies you’ll use customer insight to design, deliver and produce through the line campaigns to support the achievement of our commercial objectives.
For this role we are ideally looking for someone with at least 2 years previous marketing experience - be that in above, below, or through the line campaign delivery - client or agency side.
You will ideally need to evidence your ATL and/or BTL communications experience. Including experience of creative development and media planning, with the ability to interpret and present sales and brand MI.
Naturally we’ll be looking for an effective decision maker, with good analytical skills with the ability to understand complex data and the initiative to use this to drive performance improvement of programmes
We’ll be looking for you to have proven creative judgment, with the ability to direct and manage agencies. Strong self organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines.
