As an experienced Administrator we would like you to have an interest and passion in what we do, providing support in a professional office administration role with strong organisational skills.
The role involves liaising with internal/external departments and customers, analysing data and reports and making recommendations, working with spreadsheets and formula. You will be using a variety of systems as well as Excel, Word and Outlook.
With a professional appearance and high standards we would also require an enthusiastic approach with strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with a confident telephone manner. You will be a self-motivated team player with a positive and proactive attitude and the ability to use your own initiative be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
It is also critical that you have a good eye for detail and are reliable and trustworthy.
Ideally you will possess GCSE Graded A – C or in English and Maths, with Business Administration Level 3 or above.
You must also be IT literate in the use of Excel, Word and Outlook.
