We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic graduate with excellent communication and organisation skills to join our Release & Software Installation Team. Based in our London Bridge office, this is a busy and fast-paced role, where you will need to deliver to a consistently high standard when the pressure is on.
In return, we will provide a supportive team environment, where you will learn everything you need in order to progress to a full Release Engineer (usually within two years). Key responsibilities will include:
Installing our market-leading Figaro software for our clients to their test and live production environments
Providing support to our clients’ technical teams as well as our own internal Delivery Teams
Collaborating with other teams to solve problems and meet our clients’ expectations
Investigating and trouble-shooting technical issues
Creating implementation documentation to accompany releases
Progressing to work on projects to continually improve our delivery mechanisms
In order to minimise disruption to our clients’ business operations, the team frequently provide additional evening and weekend cover to install releases to live production environments.
You will have:
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
A flair for communicating with a wide variety of people, verbally and in writing
A high level of computer literacy
Great focus on detail
Plenty of initiative
Willingness to learn in a complex and demanding environment
Experience of dealing with customers would be a distinct advantage
Educated to degree level
Strong numerical background (ideally with an A grade in A-level mathematics or equivalent).
