A fantastic opportunity as Pharmacy Development Manager for Skills in Healthcare has arisen!
This is a field based product detailing role working within a contract sales service structure with specific responsibility for managing a defined multiple retail pharmacy territory.
Working on behalf of a key client this role will call on Pharmacists, Healthcare Advisors and Retail Staff in various national multiple pharmacy chains (Boots, Superdrug, Morrison’s). Working to a brief, this role is to assess existing levels of knowledge and compliance and educate teams on the manufacturers products to increase product knowledge and patient/consumer recommendations leading to increased retail sales and brand market share.
- To provide representation for both the Manufacturer and Skills in healthcare in stores
- Provide Product detailing and education
- Account assessments
- Distribution and display compliance
- Provide evidence through Daily KPI reporting of enhance awareness and product recommendations
- To meet core productivity KPI targets ( e.g. calls per day, effecting details per store etc)
The succesful candidates will ideally have previous experience in a field sales role, preferably selling and detailing to the pharmacy sector. This is not a 'hard sell' but you will need personal confidence and tenacity, and the ability to manage and schedule your own visits.
