Location: Field Based (office location Watford)
Position: Permanent, full time
Our client, a leading supplier of X-Ray imaging equipment and solutions in the UK and internationally are now seeking a Field Engineer to join their team.
Field based role reporting into the Service Manager of one of the leading suppliers of X-Ray imaging solutions. No 2 days will be the same as this role will see you spending each day Monday to Friday (weekend and out of hours assistance may be required to meet business needs) travelling nationally repairing and servicing equipment mainly used within the veterinary, medical and dentistry industry.
Duties will include:
To provide field service engineering support for the installation, routine servicing installation and repair of all products
Provide customer satisfaction through excellent workmanship and attitude to standard
Able to work at times in a high-pressure environment as it is vitally necessary to get equipment back in working order
Ensure all required documentation is completed in full and in the timely manner required
Ensure the Company polices, and guidelines are adhered to at all times
Comply with all Health & Safety requirements
Ensure ALL company equipment is kept secure at all times
Ideally have a good understanding of x ray and other imaging equipment
Hold a current full driving licence
Be able to work under your own initiative or with other engineers during installations
To attend training programs where required to keep up with new equipment and policies
