MHC are expanding and seeking two new enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our existing team in assisting to make the difference in people’s lives.
Ideally you will need to have an interest in Human Resources. Possess a ‘Can Do’ attitude, work collaboratively and demonstrate a genuine passion for people and the role. Approach all tasks with enthusiasm and be committed to upholding professional standards.
MHC wish to recruiting two highly skilled administrator with an interest in Human Resources to join their busy and enthusiastic team at Highfield Park, Llandyrnog, Denbighshire
The Successfully appointed Individuals need to be able to demonstrate they the ability to:
? Support all areas of the business in HR issues and recruitment.
? Assist in day to day administration within the office including answering internal and external queries by telephone and e-mail.
? Scan and file documents.
? Generate standard correspondence.
? Be responsible for the maintenance of the internal Snowdrop HR system including input of a range of information and documentation.
? Provide general, simple advice to manager and staff on a range of subjects including HR policies and processes.
? Generate and provide basic HR reports.
? Support Recruitment activity including collation of applications, scheduling of interview and assessments, administration of job advertisements and on boarding of recruits.
? Support the People Services team with project work and other tasks.
? Monitor DBS renewals.
? Administer DBS checks.
? Monitor absence and issues appropriate to line manager in line with the sickness absence process.
? Take minutes during investigations.
? Use of a number of HR workforce systems.
? Ensuring that all paper and electronic filing systems are kept up to date.
The Successfully appointed People Services Administrators will need:
? Level 3 Qualification in HR, or Business Administration ( or equivalent) or a wish to obtain a relevant qualification.
? Ability to work as a team member to provide a professional HR service.
? Previous experience in a busy and varied office environment.
? Basic knowledge of employment legislation.
