The Influencer Marketer works closely with the Marketing Manager and the Digital & Marketing Director to achieve Childrensalon goals in developing brand awareness, building a community of engaged influencers and growing the affiliate program. As a member of the marketing team, you will play an integral role in growing brand advocacy, amplification of campaigns and generating coverage.

From the community you will bring insight into trends and conversations on blogs will influence marketing campaigns, content and brand development. You are experienced with the social media landscape and are capable of using your communication skills to build relationships with influencers on all levels.

About the Role

  • Define and develop global influencer marketing strategy
  • Lead all social influencer programs including long term relationships, seasonal activation, and substantial micro-influencer program to encourage advocacy and support key launches
  • Manage selective approach to macro-influencer program for own brand awareness campaigns
  • Ensure global consistency to affiliate program as well as international markets around local influencer partnerships
  • Empower and partner with regions and affiliates to engage with influencers and deliver timely and relevant high-impact content
  • Grow and nurture Childrensalon’s community of advocates, bloggers and affiliates
  • Understand the influencer landscape, their social platforms, content creation patterns and their work within the children’s fashion industry
  • Develop stories leveraging influencers to connect to brand objectives and consumer needs
  • Lead ideas, identification and execution of influencer partnerships, storytelling and social content creation across multiple channels and platforms
  • Build content calendars specific to influencer marketing, aligning with Marketing, Digital, Social Media, PR, and Editorial teams to reflect key programs and product launches
  • Track and analyze all outreach performance, content, conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies
  • Use data from GA, Moz and other sources to drive decision-making
  • Drive growth in referral traffic and search engine performance by securing contextual links on relevant blogs and websites
  • Work with the Web Analyst to track, monitor and report on the results of our outreach efforts not limited to coverages, engagement, links or traffic to the website
  • Monitor, track and share new digital and social trends, tools and platforms to connect with brand strategies
  • Develop recommendations informed by consumer insights, KPIs and industry landscape
  • Attend influencer events both domestically and internationally
  • Manage and propose activity for maximizing the monthly outreach budget

  • Requirements

  • Degree in Communication, PR, Marketing or like subject
  • 3-5 years of PR / Talent Relations or Influencer Marketing experience
  • Digital fluency in the (children’s) fashion influencer landscape
  • Demonstrate relationships with influencers and experience in digital platforms, content development, PR, social media, editorial and consumer marketing
  • Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies to support brand initiatives with focus on editorial storytelling, influencers and consumer engagement
  • Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive and collaborative relationships with a range of leadership
  • An 'early adopter' of digital trends, and has a passion for digital projects
  • Active within social media and digital platforms in a global capacity
  • Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business
  • Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life
