Job Description
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Facilities Manager to join the team located in London. The successful candidate is responsible FM Accommodations Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall delivery of all, Accommodation, Churn, relocation projects and 3rd party office services.

Role Summary:
  • Detailed understanding of service standards and deliverables in line with Contract, SLA / SLS, ensuring that all services operational team’s understanding is aligned
  • Act as the key customer interface for all accommodation services between client site based customers and FM Workplace Solutions
  • Engender and promote productive relationships with supply partners
  • Lead the strategic development of overall Accommodation services which is aligned to the strategic vision
  • Manage quality, standards and service delivery at the portfolio to minimally meet agreed service levels
  • Manage, maintain and enhance the site based customers relationship
  • Assume ownership of best practice standards and innovation in accommodation portfolio, including identification of opportunities for improvement and cost efficiencies
  • Manage Client Budgets
  • Work with Operations manager to Implement accommodation strategy and manage office moves
  • Operate and comply with CBRE & agreed client SMS & Business processes / procedures
  • Control and manage allocated operating budgets
  • Coordinate elements of the site business plan
  • Maintain a proactive relationship with the Client and understand the portfolio based businesses’ current and future requirements
  • Proactively support and deliver a collaborative and co-operative environment across the FM workplace Solutions team
  • Ensure safe working practices through implementation of CBRE Health & Safety standards & regulations
  • Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls
  • Report of all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies
  • Manage suppliers and collaborate with supply partners, resolving service issues as they arise
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on performance of suppliers / supply partners
  • Support implementation of CBRE operational initiatives and projects
  • Manage performance, motivate, train and develop team

Experience Required:
  • Experience of coordinating churn and relocation projects for large organisation
  • Knowledge of CAD
  • Experience managing third parties
  • Sound understanding of Health Safety and Environmental issues
  • Strong experience in a supervisory role or related service environment
  • Demonstrative experience in dealing with customers, suppliers and associated business customer service
  • Competent with localized budgetary and P&L control knowledge
  • Experience in contract management
  • Experience in working in a change management environment
  • Sound understanding of continuous improvement / problems solving process
  • Computer literate - MS Office Applications
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Competent in oral and written skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Sound problem solving ability
  • Strong time management skills
