Cargiant is recruiting an Administration Clerk to join our busy and fast-paced Paintshop department. The Paintshop Administration Clerk is a challenging role which requires skilled individuals to maintain, update reports and make sure all car parts related to vehicles is up to date and distributed to the correct vehicle/department.

Cargiant is the world's largest car dealership with 7000 vehicles in stock and retail sales of over 1000 cars per week! It's taken 30 years of planning to assemble the 45 acre site that serves our current business and future expansion plans. What you will do:
Answering and dealing with telephone calls

Ensure the Paintshop administration dates, notes and location are updated on a regular basis

Move new car parts to the vehicles when required within Paintshop area in a safe manner observing company policies as per company handbook and Health and Safety manuals

Undertaking any other ad hoc tasks as requested by Management

What you will need:
Excellent communication

Organisational skills

Good computer skills

Ability to work under pressure

Attention to detail and accuracy
