The Estates Operations department are looking to recruit a Shift Technician with proven maintenance experience of Mechanical / Electrical plant and equipment in a hard FM environment. This post is critical in enabling us to deliver a 24/7 emergency and breakdown service to the whole Trust and you will be working 12 hour shifts in four day/four night blocks with four days break in between each shift.
You will be working alongside an Engineering team from a variety of backgrounds, so you will benefit from their varied experience as well as being a contributor to our long term ambitions.
Additional payments will be applicable for unsocial hours (see section 2.9 of the Agenda for Change handbook) and for the required overtime to achieve the 12 hour shift rota.
