People & Organisational Development (POD) are seeking to employ a highly motivated individual who will provide a comprehensive, efficient, effective, high quality administration support to the POD Service, under the guidance of the POD Administrator, to ensure the implementation of training across the Group supports staff in meeting business and service needs. S/he will prioritise incoming business to meet service demands and to work on own initiative to support the Groups POD Team and will practice in accordance with the Group vision and values. The position includes arranging meetings, diary management, minuting formal meetings, answering telephone queries and re-directing enquires if necessary as appropriate, and general administrative duties.
