We’re recruiting for an experienced Technology Analyst to join us in Service Management.
You’ll be responsible for the delivery of activities that are performed to plan, design, deliver, operate and control IT services within Morrisons.
You might be working in a technology analyst role already or you might be developing up through from a service desk role, you just need to be IT aware with ITIL knowledge.
In the role you’ll be;
Working with service owners to provide effective documentation to manage supplier performance
Building strong relationships with customer & suppliers in a multi source environment
Gathering information from various sources and providing performance reporting
Producing reports for Senior Management
Identifying opportunities for Continuous Service Improvement
You’ll need skills and experience like this;
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
- Experience of maintaining service catalogues
- Experience of working within a complex service, multi vendor environment
- Commercial awareness
- Relationship management and stakeholder skills, you’ll be engaging with colleagues up to a senior management level
