We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Sales and Education
Executive in the South Region.
The Sales and Education Executive will lead, coach and develop our
team of Retail Managers and Beauty Advisors. This role is responsible for the
total management of the BECCA business in the area to achieve all sales
objectives through the management and development of the accounts and BECCA Beauty
Advisors. The motivation, training and direction of the advisors to achieve
objectives set by the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager are paramount to the
success of this combined sales and education position.
You will have ownership for creating and executing an agile
business plan to recruit and retain clients by using impactful in-store events,
exceptional customer relationship management and leadership of a high
performing team, you will also be encouraged to drive sales through digital and
keep close to all social engagement.
Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a customer facing environment.
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills are also essential in order to liaise with the store management.
Ideal candidates should possess a successful track record in both sales management and people management, have a current driving licence and be ideally be located on area.
