Reward Ordinator Jobs Vacancy at Arqiva Winchester Jobs Details:

As Reward Co-ordinator reporting to our Reward and Policy Manager, you’ll act as the first point of contact for reward-related queries to provide advice and guidance to the business and wider HR team. Benchmarking roles in line with our career framework and pay policy principles and ensuring consistency across the business, you’ll promote and advise on all employee benefits, liaising closely with our broker and providers where required to ensure service levels are being achieved. Co-ordinating various team processes and projects, some of them complex, to ensure key activities, milestones and KPIs are met, you’ll also:
• maintain records, databases and reports
• arrange for payment of invoices, expenses and approvals
• deliver to tight timescales
• manage conflicting priorities to ensure all deliverables are met.

You have a proven track record working in reward within a large, corporate organisation, underpinned by experience of the Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology. Strong on planning, organisation and teamwork, you deliver results and meet customer expectations: always. Able to analyse and interpret data, you’re proactive and able to work to tight timescales. You’re also a first-class all-round communicator, comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders, who can also offer:
• a supportive approach to teamwork
• proficiency in MS Office.
