An new opportunity has arisen to work within the National Clinical/ Training Team in Health in Justice.
We are looking to recruit a National Training Administrator to join our team to support the day to day running of the National Clinical/Training Team. This is a brand new role and will play a fundamental part in the day to day function of the team.

Responsible To About the Job:
The post holder will work closely with the National Clinical Team and including the National Lead Nurse, National Deputy Lead Nurse and the National Training Manager.
You will coordinate mandatory, statutory and other training activities for the Health in Justice Workforce, coordinating regulatory registers to ensure that Care UK HiJ meets training responsibilities for its staff in order to deliver quality care to all our patients.
Liaison with all CareUK HiJ sites and monitor their compliance against identified standards.
The post holder will be encouraged to build strong connections with the Regional Operations teams, Heads of Healthcare and team members at sites nationally across the HiJ service line.
Liaison with external training providers and location providers.
Key Responsibilities The Job Requirements:
If you are an enthusiastic, energetic person who is highly organised, with great communication skills, you will be a perfect fit for this position. You will need to work effectively as part of a team but also under your own initiative.
On occasion, there will be an expectation to travel to national meetings. These could be held at a prison site or one of our Regional Offices including Reading, Leeds or London.
Skills & Experience Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is £20,000 - £24,000 per annum depending on the experience, plus an annual car allowance.
