Following closure for a £4.1 million renovation, the Museum of Zoology will partially reopen in late March 2018, promoting the understanding and appreciation of the richness and diversity of animal life in the past, present and future of our planet.
A part-time receptionist is required to deliver excellent front-of-house services for visitors with very diverse needs. We need an energetic, enthusiastic and professional person with the skills to provide an efficient and friendly first point of contact for all visitors and enquirers. You will be able to deal with a very busy working environment as we expect our visitor numbers to exceed 100,000 per year. You will work with a team of volunteers and with staff from Fitzwilliam Museum Enterprises, assisting with shop sales and providing cover as required.
Working hours are: 9am - 5.30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, 11:30am - 5pm on Sunday
