As Places for People grows we are looking to recruit a part time Customer Service Centre Advisor to join our inbound team, working Monday to Friday. You will be the voice of our company providing support to our customers, whilst working closely with our engineers.
What your role will be
You will be working within our busy customer service centre using the latest in contact centre technology to meet our nationwide customers’ needs. We take pride in providing excellent customer service to all residents and third parties. Within this position you will taking calls related to housing issues, low level anti-social behaviour, and diagnosing small works whilst booking in appointments with engineers.
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience or knowledge of a customer service centre. Ideal candidates will be computer literate and be able to pick up multiple systems at a fast pace. Technical knowledge of household repairs and maintenance are desirable. The ability to work in a fast paced changing skills would be a distinct advantage.
PLEASE NOTE: This role is a part time position working Monday – Friday 2:00pm – 8:00pm.
You should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player and have an interest in making a difference. So, if you have previous call centre experience and enjoy a challenge you may just be the person we need. You will also need a good understanding of IT equipment and applications including Microsoft excel and word.
