We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Payroll Officer to join our Payroll team.
This role will work 25 hours per week, 5 days a week. You will also be flexible to work more hours during the payroll week.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager You will be responsible for supporting the payroll function in the timely and accurate delivery of payroll and other relevant services.
You will be responsible for:
- Accurate delivery of payroll for stores
- Run relevant reports to ensure the accuracy of pay
- Submit information to relevant stakeholders as required
- Resolve pay queries for all employees
- Aid in the set-up of new starters and leavers
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Previous experience within a Payroll position
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
