Job Title: Corporate Paralegal
Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000 + 10% bonus + benefits
International firm are looking for a corporate paralegal to work in their London office and deal with a diverse and interesting array of corporate clients both in the UK and worldwide. They cover a broad range of corporate and funds work and are looking for someone with a solid corporate background with another leading firm. Will suit an ambitious paralegal this is an exceptional environment to learn and gain extremely high quality experience as there are no trainees. Duties will include:
Drafting and review of trust documents, constitutional documents, correspondence, legal agreements, notices and other documentation relating to private companies and trusts including, but not limited to, loan agreements, assignment agreements, share purchase agreements and option agreements
Company secretarial matters including drafting of minutes and resolutions of the board of directors and maintaining corporate records of client companies
Ad hoc Legal research
Preparation of client proposals in respect of the establishment of investment funds, establishment of trusts and related corporate entities, and provision of corporate, trustee and administrative support and services for same
It is essential that you have a minimum of a 2:1, completed the LPC and have quality funds / banking / finance experience from either a law firm or in-house environment. Exceptional communication and IT skills and the ability to keep up with a very fast-paced level of work and in line with deadlines are also necessary.
