Artis HR are currently supporting an extremely innovative business in West Central London with the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Advisor. This role is a permanent position paying £40-45,000 + benefits.

You will be working within the People Team in the West Central Office

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in hiring and engaging top talent.
70% recruitment advisory and 30% recruitment coordination.
Owning the end to end recruitment of technical, product and design roles.
Engaging with hiring managers to ensure that we are consistently recruiting within best practice frameworks across the company.
Taking job briefs from Line Managers and helping to shape job descriptions.
Using social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter to ensure the most up to date recruitment practices are being used.
Researching different advertising options for niche roles.
Liaising with Recruitment Agencies to ensure they have all the information required to source candidates.
Coordinating interviews using our online recruitment system, Greenhouse.
Uploading job specifications to our external careers website as well as our internal website.
