Managing internal legal governance and risk management requirements on a deal-by-deal basis. Managing the development of legal strategies by providing legal advice in one or more areas of strategic importance or having impact on revenue, risk, or policy for client base. Planning and facilitating training with other team members and clients to share expertise on a variety of subtopics related to role. Identifying and resolving complex IT legal, regulatory, and business issues.
Utilising your specialized knowledge and judgment. Networking effectively to share subject matter expertise across a broad cross-section of the organisation. Education and Experience Required: Ideally an advanced university degree in law or non-law (with Graduate Diploma in Law); additional relevant advanced degree (including LPC and successful qualification as a solicitor). Meets local legal licence requirements.
Knowledge and Skills Required: Practical and academic knowledge in respect of corporate/commercial law. Experience in negotiating and advising representatives of internal organizations on legal issues. Experience in drafting and highly developed research skills. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and networking skills.
English language skills to business standard required.
