This is a challenging and varied role where you will play an active part in helping and supporting the Housing team. The role is for a period of three months, fixed term and is primarily office based. However you will have the opportunity to work alongside the Neighbourhood Officers to complete estate inspections and assist with the viewing/letting of our properties and the processing of mutual exchanges, ensuring that our customers receive a high quality housing management service.
As a strong team player you will portray a passion for helping your colleagues and our customers.
You must be organised, flexible, and helpful. You will also need to be a problem solver, have the ability to multi-task and take responsibility for managing your workload. You will also be experienced in using office based systems including Microsoft Excel.
A car driver would be preferable for this role as you will be required to visit properties.
