About the Role
The Social Work Lead post will achieve the partnerships aim to attract, develop and retain the best and the brightest students and Children's and Adult's social workers in the country through facilitating and supporting the development of good social work practice across the teaching partnership in line with the implementation plan.
To be a success in either of this role you will have the skills to work with a range of partners, will negotiate the best approach to achieving the aims of the project and will be able to work flexibly across the partnerships. Located primarily in Richmond you will also travel to work with partners from Croydon, Kingston, Richmond, Merton, Sutton, Surrey and Wandsworth.
