Team Leadership

You will provide inspiring and energising leadership to the team ensuring coaching, people development and succession plans are in place and monitored regularly.

Raising sales standards and embedding best in-class behaviours and methodologies.

Leading by example you will maximise motivation and embed principles of change management initiatives ensuring that internal processes are followed.

Sales Processes & Projects

You will own and optimise account planning and CRM and usage within the team.

Driving team time management to maximise customer face time and consistently deliver on call standards

Supporting/leading key strategic projects as directed by the Head of Corporate Sales.

Budget Performance

In order to achieve budget, you will be responsible for portfolio revenue results including minimisation of cost of sale and discounting.

You will plan and manage cost budget and regularly communicate progress and performance to the Head of Corporate Sales.

About you The successful candidate will be educated to degree standard or have suitable documented industry experience along with extensive management level experience in sales.

We thrive on delivery at Virgin Atlantic, so you'll also need to be highly organised, focused and committed to achieving goals whilst having a proven record of sales success with a relentless approach to identifying and converting new business opportunities.

You will be a leading and motivating a team, so it’s essential that you have proven experience of coaching and developing people to achieve high standards and targets. This role will also require you to possess excellent influencing and negotiation skills. All of these ingredients will help to make you a strong candidate for this position.
