Clerical Officer Secretary Jobs Vacancy at University Sheffield Sheffield Jobs Details:
You will undertake a range of administrative and financial duties to support the Clinical Trials Research Unit (CTRU), based in
the School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR). The main function of this role is to provide secretarial support to the
Director of CTRU, to include diary management, booking travel and accommodation, processing expense claims and printing
and collating papers for meetings. You will also support the CTRU Manager with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed and
servicing a host of CTRU meetings.
You will also be expected to assist other members of the CTRU administrative team during busy periods.
You will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload. You will be capable of working as part of a team
and also on your own initiative.
