We are currently looking for a Finance Analyst Intern to join the Thales team in Arlington, Virginia
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Provide Support on monthly Business Operational Review (BOR) preparation for North America scope (USA + Canada)
Helps to analyze key information from large quantity of financial data
Provides support on USA Multi Year Budget coordination and preparation ultimately presented to Group Comex
Provide support with coordinating monthly financial closing and reforecast process
Provide support with preparing & reviewing costs by nature and department analysis
Provide support with ad hoc Magnitude reports preparation and updates
Collaborates with various operational entities, staff and departments in preparing ad hoc requests
Job Requirements & Essential Job Skills:
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Finance with ideally a previous experience in Audit/Finance or Reporting department or consolidation department in HQ.
Advanced Microsoft Excel & VBA Skills: PivotTable, V-Lookup
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
SAP Finance, MS Word, and PowerPoint
