Expanding, leading UK Internet Service Provider are seeking an IT Support Analyst / Customer Support Advisor to join the service delivery team as the company continue through significant growth. As the IT Support Analyst/ Customer Support Advisor you will develop and maintain relationships with their customers to aid customer retention and maximise the benefit received by the company from the account.

Role: IT Support Analyst / Customer Support Advisor
Location: Solihull
Salary: £17,500 - £22,000 (DOE) + contributory pension scheme and outstanding personal and career development.

This is an exciting time for an IT support analyst to join the organisation as in the last 12 months they have acquired two organisations, with plans to grow further. You will be part of this growth, providing a face for the business, developing key relationships and expanding your technical knowledge.

IT Support Analyst / Customer Support Advisor responsibilities:

  • Managing both direct customer and reseller requests
  • Using their CRM/Ticketing system to manage customers requests
  • 1st line fault diagnostics
  • Using web portals to place orders with key partners
  • Updating customers records/file management
  • Handling complaints
IT Support Analyst / Customer Support Advisor skills/experience:
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer service/account development role
  • Computer literacy MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong team working skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting internal and external users, taking support calls from the business as well as their customers. You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, communicating effectively with technical and non-technical users via the telephone, email and web portal.
