Location : London SW10
Salary : £35k - £40k

About us : Hello World Group is a dynamic digital agency based on the Kings Road, London. We deliver great work across social media and digital marketing for our clients in retail, fashion, publishing, travel and insurance sectors.
We are looking for an individual that has a passion for all things digital, to work across a varied portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for development, and growth of your clients, as well as managing the delivery of digital projects from websites, social media, to SEO and content marketing. It is important that you are digitally experienced, organised and used to working in a fast paced digital environment.
The role and Responsibilities
Previous experience in the entire digital process from campaign briefing, planning, implementation, management & optimisation and reporting
Drive the digital strategy across the full portfolio of brands
Day to day management of client relationships earning the trust and respect of the client and key contacts
Develop strong relationships with strategists, planners, creatives and developers internally
Work to deadlines and manage client/strategist’s expectations
Develop understanding of client’s products and business objectives
Key Skills
Good client facing communicator with experience of presenting to clients
Good with people. You will be managing members of staff and will be expected to nurture their talents
Highly personable with a collaborative spirit, someone who thrives in, and helps create a positive and powerful team dynamic
Enthusiastic, dynamic and pro-active, always looking to make positive contribution and get involved
Dedicated, diligent with a curious and creative mindset - never afraid to ask questions or challenge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creative mind and demonstrates very strong organisational skills
Analytical skills to measure impact and identify trends
Ability to multi-task, managing multiple, multi-phase projects at various stages
Ability to learn quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
Client facing - both face to face, and conference calls
Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project briefs, proposals, timing plans, status reports, and contact reports
Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability bility to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
Ability to drive through multiple projects
Maintain knowledge of current trends and social marketing
Able to deliver a social media strategy to ensure growth of engagement and communities
Understanding SEO & PPC best practise (on and off page) and SEO content delivery
Provide input into content development and generate ideas to drive engagement
Experience of SEO reporting and tools, including Google Analytics
Experience of managing a website project - end to end
Email Marketing knowledge
