As an Online Shopper, you’ll make sure every order runs smoothly. You’ll take responsibility for making a customer’s day, from the moment they click the order button on our website, through to the moment their shopping is loaded onto a delivery vehicle. Quite simply, you’ll be the one who creates a supremely satisfying shopping experience.
Putting each order together, you’ll make sure we give customers exactly what they’ve asked for, with no missing items. You’ll pick out the best quality produce, as if it were your own. And if we’ve sold out of anything, you’ll put yourself in the customer’s place and choose a replacement that will keep them happy. Like us, you believe in doing the right thing for customers, every time. So you’ll take plenty of pride in doing this important job well.

From 23 September 2018 we are changing our pay rates and terms and conditions. Our standard hourly rate of pay will increase from £8.00 to £9.20. Some of our roles already pay over £8.00 per hour as they have extra payments for certain skills and locations, so your overall hourly rate after 23 September may be above £9.20.
