Part Time Car Park Advisor Administrator Jobs Vacancy at West Norfolk King's Lynn Jobs Details:

You will monitor and maintain the security and efficient operation of the multi-story car park and offices including; barrier and machine checks; regular patrols of the car park and review of CCTV; and opening and closing of the building and lifts. You will also answer queries and give advice to members of the public, and provide administrative support for Parking Operations and markets.
Part Time Car Park Advisor/Administrator
Starting salary between £7.78 and £9.58 per hour
20.75 hours per week based on a shift rota
Based at St James Multi-Story Car Park, King’s Lynn
The shifts will cover the hours Mon – Fri 6.30am – 9am or 5pm – 12midnight and Sat/Sun 6.30am – 3.30pm or 3.15pm – 12midnight
You will monitor and maintain the security and efficient operation of the multi-story car park and offices including; barrier and machine checks; patrols of the car park and review of CCTV; and opening and closing of the building and lifts. You will also give advice to members of the public, and provide team administrative support.
You must have excellent communication skills with experience of working with the public and cash handling. You will be able to prioritise effectively working accurately while under pressure, with knowledge of office procedures.
