Our team in Chichester are looking for a full time Patient Care Coordinator with flair and experience in customer service and marketing . The team are already very successful and the person joining them will need to have the confidence to approach new patients and drive the business forward.
There is always plenty to do but your list will definitely include: Acting as a brand ambassador for Centre for Dentistry both internally and externally. A professional individual who is willing to be proactive using all the tools available to reach potential patients including the tannoy system and direct engagement with Sainsbury's customers as they shop. Effectively communicating with patients in the practice, putting them at ease and ensuring their experience is both comfortable and seamless. Answering all phone calls in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner and running the front desk efficiently. Taking responsibility for marketing the whole practice to the wider community by bringing new and innovative ideas to build our patient base and promote the practice. Answering all questions knowledgeably and professionallyA higher level of education/graduate is preferred
