We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Trainer to join our Learning & Development team at the 5* Celtic Manor Resort.
For the sixth time in seven years, from 2011 to 2014 and again in 2016 and 2017, the Resort has been voted the UK's Best Hotel at the Meetings and Incentive Travel Awards (M&IT) and has a reputation for delivering events on a global scale such as Ryder Cup and the 2014 NATO summit.
As Food & Beverage Trainer, you will be at the heart of delivering the learning required to inspire and equip our front of house teams in our 7 restaurants, from 2 AA Rosette fine dining to award-winning British cuisine, Asian flavours and international buffet
Having a background in hospitality, you will have a passion for the industry and be enthusiastic about training and have a proven track record in designing, building and delivering interactive and engaging learning experiences for all Food & Beverage personnel across all levels.
Ideally you will have experience in a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant, be a superb communicator able to engage and communicate at all levels and an experienced operator who can prioritise, manage and deliver on objectives within set time scales.
