“Here's a little background about the role...”

As Office Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the office is running as smoothly as possible, and that everyone in the team has what they need to do their jobs. Working closely with the Office Manager, you'll be a natural 'people-person', with outstanding organisation and communication skills.

The role will principally incorporate the following tasks, although it will be varied and no two days will be the same!

  • General administrative duties, including:
  • Collecting meeting notes from our awesome on-the-road client relationship managers, co-ordinating the input of notes and assignment of tasks into the office software.
  • Taking note of the action points from fortnightly development meetings, and circulating these to the rest of the team.
  • Assisting with copywriting for internal and external communications, including newsletters to clients, and client-facing updates regarding new product features.
  • Assisting with the day to day running of the office, including managing office supplies, and sourcing and ordering as necessary to make sure that staff always have access to the necessary tools to do their jobs.
  • Ordering and logging hardware orders for clients, keeping them fully informed of the progress of their order at all times.
  • Working with the management team to keep the office up to date and compliant with health and safety laws and applicable policies.
  • Liasing with suppliers, clients and partners with various day to day communication.
You'll be a key team member, primarily responsible for ensuring that the office is able to operate seamlessly, with all of the day to day details being managed and taken care of.

Over and above anything else, you'll be a good communicator. You’ll be working with members of the staff from new starters to the management team, so you’ll need to be able to build and maintain good relationships, while passing along all relevant information clearly and concisely.

We're an extremely busy company, so you'll be expected to highly organised, staying on top of a high workload, juggling priorities and managing expectations, while maintaining a good office atmosphere.

You'll be a motivated team player with the skill and ability to manage multiple priorities, be self-sufficient and able to work in a high-pressure environment, and to have the ability to meet deadlines and client expectations as necessary.

Strong computer literacy is expected, as well as the ability to learn quickly and to pick up new skills.

The package will include:

Salary depending on experience.
