NB - this is a part time role (17.5 hours per week) requiring Saturday working plus some weekday hours (to be agreed on a flexible basis)
A background in financial services or banking isn't essential. All we ask for is a talent for talking to people and a flair for understanding what they need and identifying the best way to support them. Oh, and a real desire to help by answering questions, sorting out problems and recommending different services or products. And, if you're great at juggling the necessary admin with time spent dealing with customers and don’t mind working Saturdays, you’ve got exactly what we’re looking for.
