We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the Research Support Team to provide high quality clerical service for the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing, focused on supporting its research, innovation and education activities.
The post holder will work closely with RST academic and administrative staff, as required, to ensure that research, innovation and educational functions of the team are effectively supported.
The successful applicant will have demonstrable recent experience of current administrative/clerical practices in a busy office environment and experience of organising, updating and maintaining accurate computerised records and files. An ability to organise and present information both verbally and in writing is required as well as data input and meeting servicing skills.
The successful applicant will also have a range of GCSEs, including English Language and Maths at Grade C or above, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning and the ability to work consistently under pressure.
Applicants need to meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview. This position is based in Preston.
