An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) as an Administration Assistant/Receptionist, based in Northampton, providing hours of work from 8.30am-5pm.
CAMHS is a busy service that is constantly developing to meet the needs of acutely unwell children and young people across the county using evidence based and innovative practice.
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to provide support to the Medical Secretaries and Reception elements of the team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, and have an adaptable and flexible approach to their work, as well as being committed to providing a first class service.
You will need to be an enthusiastic and capable team player with good communication and typing skills and good general administration ability. You will also be able friendly, approachable and helpful, with a professional appearance and a positive manner.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of confidentiality issues, be well motivated and reliable, and be able to remain calm under pressure. You must be educated to GCSE standard and be competent in the use of computers systems, ideally with knowledge of SystmOne, and with good personal interaction skills.
