PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CHAIR, CHIEF EXECUTIVE & NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
15 hours per week job share (Thursday and Friday) to work alongside another member of staff

We have an opportunity for an organised, proactive and experienced PA to provide comprehensive personal assistant and administrative support to the Chair, Chief Executive and Non-Executive Directors.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiast PA, preferably with experience in supporting Director-level personnel, to job share within our Executive Management Secretariat Department. Joining a busy Executive PA team you will provide a secretarial and administrative support to the Chair, Chief Executive and Non-Executive Directors and also supervise the co-ordination of the Executive PA team to ensure that a full and comprehensive executive secretariat service is maintained between the hours of 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
You will be an experienced PA with exceptional organisational skills and be used to working in a fast paced corporate office environment, co-ordinating and prioritising the requirements of busy senior managers. The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders is essential, as too is experience in minute-taking and diary management. You will need to be able to manage competing demands on your time and have good IT skills. We need someone who has a good understanding of confidentiality, pays attention to detail, is flexible and can use their initiative.
This is a job share and therefore communication, team work and time management skills are essential.
