Event Manager Overview :
At Luton Hoo we are currently recruiting for an Event Manager. The successful candidate will be energetic, passionate and ambitious with an extensive knowledge of C&B Operations. Reporting to the Conference & Banqueting Manager, the Event Manager will be assisting with the smooth running of the department on a day to day basis assisting in the setting up of all meeting rooms for functions and liaising with conference organisers/contacts as required during meetings and events. The Event Manager will ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed. Proven operational events management experience within a similar property.
Experience in dealing with events up to 300 people.
Extensive experience in managing multiple events.
Extensive experience managing large teams.
Wide ranging food & wine knowledge.
Excellent organisational skills.
Driven, with a willingness to succeed.
